Precept and Budget Approval Meeting on 22nd January 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a precept and budget approval meeting will be held at 7.0 p.m 

on Friday 22nd of January 2021.

Due to governmental restrictions imposed to fight the pandemic, the meeting will be held online (Zoom). The agenda will include:

1- Welcome message  

2- Garden Management Report by Peter Shaw

3- Committee’s Report of the past year

4- Financial Report for 2020 and Proposed Budget for 2021

5- Other business

An AGM, during which members and residents will have the opportunity to approve the Minutes of the 2019 AGM and to elect members of the subcommittee, will be held later this year when the pandemic situation allows it. 

Members and residents wishing to attend this meeting are invited to send a request for invitation by the 19th of January to info@courtfieldgardens.net with a copy of their last council tax and passport. A link to the meeting will be sent the day before.

Voting will be by using chat.

The Secretary will record the business of the meeting in the Minutes which will be signed by the chairman and posted on the website.
